Guest satisfaction is the number one goal of any general manager and ownership group for a hotel. The engineering department and operations is usually under staffed and pulled in many directions to accomplish guest room PMs efficiently, if at all. Hotel Service Corporation provides the labor and equipment to conduct guest room assessments, asset cataloging, task tracking and guest room mini rehabs to support the hotel's General Manager, Asset Manager, and the Director of Engineering.
Our assessment team will catalog, identify, and prioritize the guest room conditions and the maintenance required along with its severity. The hotel can then choose to conduct the repairs identified by the assessment report in house or have Hotel Service Corporation’s task force conduct our specialized HSC Room Rehab Service to get the hotel back on track with their room PM program and room scores.
OUR SERVICES
Guest Room Assessments
1. Each guest Room will be assigned a specific QR code and conditions will be documented by photos that do not meet Client Standards.
2. Room equipment to include TV’s, HVAC, Lamps and associated bulbs can be cataloged with photos of equipment, identified with the make, model, manufacturer and serial numbers with individual QR codes associated with the specific room QR code.
3. FUSE™ full web-based and mobile app software is provided to the hotel for full function reporting and query capabilities.
The benefits of our guest room assessment is to provide an overall room condition report for the hotel that can be queried by specific condition, severity, type of action required, ADA compliance, equipment type, model and asset tracking by individual room, floor or entire hotel. This will allow the hotel to prioritize the work to efficiently accomplish the guest room tasks and catalog the individual assets within each guest room.
HSC Room Rehab Service
A scope of service is generated from the hotel’s assessment report. Our HSC Room Rehab Service can include but is not limited to:
1. Painting entry, bathroom, closet doors and frames.
2. Clean and touch up all furniture and repair wall vinyl.
3. Remove and replace caulking in bathtub, shower and toilet.
4. Clean Vertical FCU’s/ HVAC units for maximum efficiency and replace filters.
The HSC Room Rehab Service can be categorized and paid for under capital improvements. During the refurbishing process, the hotel can have live access to FUSE™ for real time status of room maintenance and availability providing an efficient, hassle-free guest check-in process while these services are being delivered.
OUR STAFF
